Other People's Words: Tony Robbins and Marie Forleo
I am somewhat taking this week off from blogging although obviously not because here I am writing ;). I truly enjoy that I feel a personal responsibility to both myself and those of you who read this to keep up with my posts here.
There is a lot going on in my life right now. Mostly really good, some super stressful, some incredibly difficult. I am truly being asked to make hard decisions around taking care of myself and my family. Taking responsibility for things I never wanted to be responsible for. Although somehow in my energy I must have, since here I am in this situation.
There are a lot of other peoples emotions and sensitivities I'm having to navigate right now. I'm not always so successful at it but I am at least showing up and trying my best.
I felt that rather then dwell and go into what is actually going on that it would better serve you and I to share a video that inspired and helped me.
So, here is an incredible interview between Marie Forleo and Tony Robbins. I'm a little late to the Tony Robbins game but man oh man do I love him. If you have Netflix I highly suggest grabbing a journal and a box of tissues and watch the new Documentary, "Tony Robbins: I am not your guru."
So good, so inspiring, so manyyyy tearsss.
The following video is about an hour long but totally totally worth it. I have been integrating the "90 second rule" that he talks about in this, into my life on the regs and I am seeing huge shifts and finding it so much easier to manage the situations that are showing up for me.
I hope you get as much out of it as I did!
All my love and support <3
